To check your DIME product, visit our Validate Your Product page. Download the DIME app from the App Store or Google Play. Gently scratch the validation sticker to reveal the QR code, scan it in the app, and follow the on-screen steps. If the code does not validate, contact the retailer where you purchased it or DIME support.

All of our official product packaging will have COAs on the side to reflect testing. You can also view testing results on our website on the Lab Results page. 

DIME does not offer exchanges. If you have a product issue, take the product and proof of purchase to the licensed retailer where you bought it. The retailer can explain the options available there; policies vary by dispensary and state.

Signature Line
Our Signature Line features pure, potent live resin infused distillate. We reintroduce cannabis derived terpenes and natural fruit derived terpenes to enhance the overall flavor and experience.

Live Reserve Line
Our Live Reserve Line is a mixture of high terpene extract and melted diamonds. This retains the natural flavor profile of the strain while maintaining the high potency you expect from DIME.

It is best to store your device at room temperature and avoid exposing the device in excess heat or in excess of 95°. You should always store your device in the upright position.

Excess oil, lint and dust that may collect from traveling with your device can be easily cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a cotton wipe (or Q-tip).

Your device is likely to overheat if it's left in a car, excess heat or stored upside down. Other reasons could be an altitude change, left in a 95+ temperature environment for too long, or leaving the battery power on.

To turn the battery on or off, simply click the button 5 times consecutively and rapidly.

These instructions are for DIME 510-thread batteries used with a separate tank. To change the battery heat setting, press the button three times rapidly. The selected light color shows the setting; the 5th Generation battery has five heat levels, listed in the next answer. An all-in-one vape is a different device with its own controls. Check the instructions for your model if you use another battery generation.

Depending on what generation your DIME 510 Thread Battery is, the lights on your battery may indicate battery percentage or temperature. Please browse our keys below!

GREEN | High Heat Setting (4.2v)
BLUE | Medium-High Heat Setting (3.9v)
TEAL | Medium Heat Setting (3.5v)

When your battery starts to flash red at the end of a hit (regardless of generation), it's time for a charge!

First, remove the tank from the battery. Next, on the underside of the tank, pull out the oval shaped positive pin a couple millimeters to exceed surrounding metal. Finally, reattach the tank to the battery and retry, the blinking should stop.

We highly recommend using our battery as our hardware was created to work in perfect unison with one another. If you choose to use a different 510 thread battery, there are a couple of reasons why it may not work:

1.) If your battery is an "air drawn" activated battery, one that does not have a button, it will NOT work. Our tank has the air holes exposed and will not activate an air drawn battery.
2.) Some batteries push up our positive pin, if so, please pull out the pin on your 1000mg tank to allow for proper contact to your battery. Do not tighten the tank too hard onto the battery.
3.) Our tank is larger, and sometimes DOES NOT fit other 510 thread batteries and therefore not creating a connection. You will get a blinking light on your battery if this is the case.
4.) Some other batteries are too weak to power our larger device and will not work correctly. You may get a little smoke, but not the full Dime Industries' experience. All batteries used with the DIME Tank should be at least 3.7v.

We want you to get the full power and experience of a Dime Industries device. We suggest using our 510 thread battery but most 510 thread batteries will work.

Since it's an all-in-one, ready to use device, there have been situations historically with these devices that users may lose the charge prior to finishing the material. For that reason, in the unlikely event this happens, we've added a charging port on our all-in-one devices. Once you are done, you can dispose of your device the same way you do any battery and you're ready for another one. Different generations have different charge ports due to capacity and strength of the battery.

Leaking can happen after preheating without drawing, a temperature or altitude change, or a battery firing without a draw. Wipe excess oil from the outside of the tank with an alcohol wipe, then let it dry. Keep the tank upright in a cool, dark place.

If the leak is severe or the tank is damaged, stop using it. DIME does not offer exchanges. Take the product and proof of purchase to the licensed retailer where you bought it; policies vary by dispensary and state. Contact DIME if you need help with the next step.

This is not common and may occur due to improper storage or use. If clogged, preheat the device by clicking on the button twice. A rainbow light will appear. Give it a few seconds before drawing a little harder and longer, it should unclog and no longer be an issue going forward. Be sure to draw your device after hitting the button first. It is also important to be sure you have a fully charged battery, as a low battery can cause clogging.

Dime Industries uses lab grade stainless steel and quality glass, therefore if this product is dropped the product can break. For your safety, please discard the device if it is broken or damaged.

Obviously we want you to enjoy our tank, to get the full power of DIME. We do suggest our battery but most 510 batteries will make it "work".
